His recent experience includes direct delivery oversight supporting HHS, CDC, and DoS initiatives, where he implemented structured governance controls, KPI-driven performance reporting, and compliance frameworks that strengthened audit readiness, improved delivery predictability, and reduced operational risk to the government. He has led distributed cross-functional teams across complex federal task orders while sustaining approximately 95% client satisfaction and supporting contract renewals through measurable execution discipline.
Mr. Hollomon’s expertise spans the full federal lifecycle, from opportunity qualification and competitive positioning through pricing strategy, negotiation, and execution oversight. He holds an MBA in Finance, a B.S. in Civil Engineering, is PMP certified, and maintains an active TS/SCI security clearance. Under his leadership, The Abstract Group applies a strategic, agile, forward-thinking, and efficient operating model aligned with prime contractor standards and federal performance expectations.
